Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name], trading as Bhushan Games (“we”, “us”). By installing, launching or playing any of our games, or by using bborse.github.io, you accept them. If you do not, uninstall the game and stop using the site.

Your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Where those conflict with ours on distribution or billing, Google Play's terms govern.

2. Who may play

Our games are rated for all ages and contain no chat or user-generated content. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play with the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made on the device.

3. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You own a licence to play, not the game itself. That licence does not let you:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute a game or its assets;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or extract level data, art or code, except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice;
• publish a modified build, a clone using our assets, or a “premium unlocked” APK.

Recording, streaming and monetising gameplay footage on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and similar platforms is expressly permitted, including on monetised channels. Please credit the game by name and link to bborse.github.io where practical.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use cheats, memory editors, automation or modified clients to alter progress or leaderboards;
• interfere with or attempt unauthorised access to any system we or our providers operate;
• use our games or site unlawfully, or in breach of sanctions or export controls;
• misrepresent yourself as us, or use our branding to imply endorsement.

Because our games are single-player and offline, enforcement is mostly limited to leaderboards: we may remove or reset entries we reasonably believe were obtained by tampering.

5. Purchases and refunds

Our games are free to download and free to finish. Where a title offers an in-app purchase it is a one-time payment to remove advertising. There are no subscriptions, no consumable currencies, and no content locked behind payment.

All purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us. Prices are shown before you confirm and may vary by region and applicable tax.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. If Google declines a request you believe is fair, write to bhushanborse220@gmail.com and we will look at it.

EU/UK consumers: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By confirming a purchase delivered immediately you agree that performance begins at once and acknowledge you lose that right once delivery is complete. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are unaffected.

6. Advertising

Free builds may display banner advertising served by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads appear. Ads never interrupt a level or a run in progress. What is collected, and how to limit it, is in our Privacy Policy.

7. Beta and closed testing

Some titles are released first to a closed testing track. Test builds are unfinished by definition: they may crash, lose progress, or be withdrawn without notice, and features may change or disappear before launch.

If you join a test, you agree not to publish screenshots, footage or details of unreleased content until the game is publicly available, unless we tell you otherwise. You can leave a testing track at any time from Google Play.

8. Progress and saves

Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and enables cloud saves, achievements and leaderboards. Otherwise your progress lives only on your device — if you uninstall without signing in, it is gone and we cannot recover it.

We are not responsible for lost progress caused by device failure, factory reset, storage cleaners, or a Play Games account you no longer control.

9. Updates and availability

We ship updates that add content, fix bugs and adapt to new Android requirements. Updates may change or remove features. We aim never to reset progress, but we cannot guarantee every future device and OS version will remain supported.

We may suspend or discontinue a game, or stop distributing it in a given country, at any time. If we discontinue one we will give reasonable notice on this site where we can, and any ad-free upgrade will keep working in your installed build.

10. Feedback and ideas

If you send us level ideas, feature suggestions or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation or compensation. We are glad to credit contributors by name where a suggestion leads to a change — just ask.

11. Intellectual property

Our games, their levels, source code, artwork, sound, the name “Bhushan Games”, each game title and our logos are owned by [Legal entity name] and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

12. Third-party services

Our games and this site rely on services we do not control — Google Play, Google Play Games, AdMob, Google Fonts and YouTube. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our games and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that a game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device.

Consumers: some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or statutory guarantees. Where that is the case this section applies only so far as permitted, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data or lost game progress, arising from your use of or inability to use our games or this site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of [the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim] or [USD 50].

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms — in practice, for distributing modified builds or tampering with leaderboards. Sections 10 to 14 survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts of [jurisdiction].

Consumers: if you live in the EEA or UK this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

[If you intend to require arbitration or waive class actions — common for US-facing apps — that clause must be drafted and placed here by a lawyer. Do not copy one in.]
